Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. This is necessary to allow for cleaning + preparation for new arrivals.
Christmas and New Year also subject to separate negotiations.
What’s included:
- All linen and towels (both bathroom and pool) are provided
- Maid service twice weekly
- Further cots, beds, highchairs etc available upon request (chargable)
Suitability
- Children welcome
- Long term renters welcome
- Non-smoking only
- No pets allowed
- No minimum stay
Deposit
The equivalent of £1250.00 inventory + breakage deposit is payable by bank transfer paid 4 weeks prior to arrival to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full, subject to there being no damage or breakage, within 14 days of departure.
